Andrea is incredibly helpful. Before I met her, I was barely putting words on paper, and that is being kind. I couldn’t write an organized paper if my life depended on it. She helped me string together my thoughts and add structure to my spineless assignments. She taught me how to create outlines, so I would know exactly what I was going to say before I even said it. I will always remember all times she would say, “have you written an outline,” right after she asks me about any projects I have due. Speaking of organization, she also taught me to organize my binder and my projects. Each time we’d meet, we would go through any big projects, tests, or papers due in the next few weeks. Then we would write them down in a calendar clearly visible in my binder. She also created the inbox-outbox, a way to help me and several other of her students to sort our paper we had received during the day. Those papers that I had received would go into my inbox, and when I got home, I would sort everything into their respective sections and all my homework due the next day would go into my out outbox; thus creating an easily organized system for my 8th-grade work. I thank her so much for all the help she has given me and am ready to move on to the next chapter of my life because of her.
